In response to the suggestion that was made, the Home Treatment Team performed a thorough assessment of Miss Kelly's current functioning and mental state. The evaluation included a thorough medical history and physical examination. It also included a thorough psychological and family therapy assessment and a psychiatric diagnostic assessment.
According to the report, Miss Kelly was suffering from a variety of mental health issues, including borderline personality disorders such as bulimia, anorexia and bulimia.
